Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are correct, undamaged, and delivered as described.
We encourage you to double-check product details, sizes, and quantities before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
2. Reporting a Problem
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Proof Required: We request a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the condition of the item as you open it.
- The packaging and seal before opening.
- The unboxing process in one continuous recording.
- The visible damage or defect.
This process helps us verify the issue and resolve it faster for you.
3. Return Shipping
Once your claim is approved, you will need to return the item using a reliable courier service with tracking.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement, depending on the solution agreed upon during the approval process.
4. Refunds & Replacements
We will issue a refund or replacement once the product issue is confirmed.
- Damaged or Defective Products: A full or partial refund will be processed based on the condition.
- Missing Items: If we cannot fulfill the missing item(s), we will refund the value of those items.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” in the product description.
6. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days and credited to your original payment method.
